Attorney J. Kevin Webb
Kevin is a tax attorney and certified public accountant with a practice emphasis on resolving tax problems and controversies with the IRS and the State of Alabama, as well as preparing tax returns and assisting clients with estate planning and estate and trust administration matters.

We do not dabble in other practice areas, such as divorce, criminal matters, general litigation, etc. By focusing on what we do well and know best, we can produce quality results in a cost-effective manner, thereby reducing costs to the client.
Kevin began his career as an accountant working for a local accounting firm in Opelika, Alabama, and later worked with Ernst & Young, LLP, where he became a Certified Public Accountant in 1997.
Kevin began his legal career in Birmingham in 2002 and has practiced in the area of probate, trusts, and estates since 2004. During this time Kevin has assisted hundreds of individuals and family with creating estate plans.
Kevin received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Auburn University in 1993.
Following four years of public accounting, he returned to school and earned his law degree from the University of Alabama in 2001, finishing in the top 10% of his class.
Following law school, Kevin continued his legal education at the University of Florida, where he earned his LL.M. in taxation in 2002.
